What is TROVARE's Warranty Policy?
Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it’s always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products and the premium materials we use to make them. That's why we offer a 12 month warranty on your wallet. If you’re experiencing a problem with your purchase, we’ll make it right!

All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of your order. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of willful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
